Every project on our services page has a fixed price and a defined deliverable. If your project mixes a few services, we'll bundle them into one written quote before anything starts.
Most single services take between five and fourteen days depending on scope. Full rebrands or larger builds run longer — we'll give you a real date at the quote stage, not a range.
Each service includes two rounds of revisions as standard. Additional rounds can be added at a flat rate if a project needs more back-and-forth than expected.
A short brief, any existing brand materials, and one point of contact who can approve work. We'll ask for anything else we need during the discovery call.
You're covered by our seven-day guarantee — we'll revise the work or discuss a fair refund. Full terms are on our refund policy.
Yes — everything we deliver is digital, so most of our clients work with us remotely from across the US. Calls and reviews happen over video.

CraftZenro started in Springfield with one simple rule: the person who designs your project should be the person you actually talk to. Years later, that's still how we work.
A one-desk studio
CraftZenro opened out of a shared workspace in Springfield, taking on brand and web projects for local shops and small manufacturers.
Work outgrows the city
Remote clients from across the country started finding us through referrals, and digital work — sites, campaigns, decks — became most of the studio's load.
